EPE foam insulation made from expanded polyethylene foam. It is perfectly suited to insulate waterpipe system as well as central heating.

Manufactured and available in 6, 9, 13, and 20mm pipe wall thickness.

This type of insulation consists of expanded polyethylene foam supported with additional polyethylene barrier foil which contributes to its solidity on the whole making it unsusceptible to foam diffusion. It contains an inner layer of HDPE foil which makes it easier not only to install but to fit the pipe more tightly.

Use and application of SSL TRIPLE S insulation fulfills all the necessary criteria and requirements needed for insulation of central heating pipeline, air conditioning units installation, sanitary system and waterworks system. Foil is meant to fit pipes of all dimensions. Easily applied, a long-term solution presenting high level of endurance and insulation.

These pipes have an additional polyethylene protective film in cases of special requirements. They are made in different dimensions, with 4, 9, 13, and 20 mm thick walls. The additional foil provides a high protection due to mechanical influences, which is especially pronounced in projecting areas and construction sites. Also, the foil increases the resistance against water vapor diffusion.

Due to the additional polyethylene protective film, the pipes are intended for special requirements in the installation of air conditioners. They are made in different dimensions, with a wall thickness of 6 mm. The additional film provides a high degree of protection against mechanical damage and increases resistance to water vapor permeability.
